01 — The Idea

Remember you will die.
Remember to live.

Memento mori has a forgotten half — memento vivere. Every jacket holds both: the wave that could drown you & the koi that leaps anyway.

02 — The Craft & The Promise

Painted in thread. Kept for life.

Thread-painting

Painterly satin-stitch in silk and metallic thread — a photograph made of thread.

40+ hours a piece

Made to order by hand. The hours are the reason it's kept, never discarded.

Made in India

Embroidery as devotion — by the hands that make it, not a reseller.

Kept for life

Heavy, hand-finished, made to outlast trends — a jacket you keep and wear for years, not a season.

Editions of 50

Each design is limited to 50 made-to-order pieces — with your name embroidered into the sleeve.

Master artisans

Hand-embroidered by master artisans in India — craft, never a factory line.

“Nothing can stop you from dying. The only thing stopping you from living — is you.”

I started MORI & VIVERE at twenty-one, around one idea I couldn't shake: nothing will ever stop death from coming — but the only thing keeping us from living fully, right now while we still can, is ourselves.

I wanted to turn that reminder into something you actually carry. A jacket, because it's the piece you keep for years and wear over everything. Embroidery, because it takes time — and every single line is a moment of a life. Worn together, the lines become a story. Mori & vivere — death and the will to live, held together on your back. And only you know exactly what it means.
